The baptismal font in this church is of an odd design; it consists of an octagonal basin with four protrusions on alternate sides, and a tall underbowl chamfer; the protrusions are not heads, as is the usual, but the are square blocks with a Greek cross on each; the base is also octagonal, decorated with parallel mouldings; the oddest part of the font is the quadrangular extension on one of the sides of the base, of the same height as the base itself; it has a hollow interior. It is hard to ascertain from the photographic source whether this extension is original or was added later, the latter possibility probably the only logical one, whatever the intention of this added basin may have been. No cover present
