Described and illustrated in the parish web site [https://www.stadt-naumburg.de/Sehen/NWenzelskirche.html] [accessed 2 September 2022]: "Das Taufbecken aus Bronze stammt aus dem Jahr 1441 und ist so groß, das ein Kind zur Taufe ganz getaucht werden konnte." The font consists of a hexagonal basin with sharp protruding upper rim lip below which is an inscription all around [text not available]; on the sides of the basin are six cinquefoiled arches each containing a standing figure; the round splaying base, also of branze, looks modern. No cover present.
