Font Notes:
Of the two objects of interest to us neither merits more than a passing mention. The font, more for being a very odd shape, similar to that of a modern bidet, the long part of which is embedded in the wall; it does not appear to be of the antiquity of the church itself [11th-12thC]. It has a crude wooden cover, now [2022] damaged. The other obejct is a crude holy-water stoup, roughly a round hole in a shapeless rock.
