Baptismal font consisting of roughly cylindrical basin on a moulded round pedestal base; the basin surfaces are very rough, with indentations that mau have been carved or caused by the years; the stone could be a basalt(?); the basin and base may be of different periods. The round metal cover [brass?] is a very low dome with a small cross finial; appears modern.
