The entry for this church in Evangelische Kirche Nieder-Erlenbach [https://www.ev-kirche-nieder-erlenbach.de/kirche/] [accessed 11 August 2022] nforms that the present font here is modern, probably of the 1955 renovation [a photograph of the new font and its cover is included. The former medieval font now serves as public fountain, according to GPS-Wanderatlas [https://www.ich-geh-wandern.de/frankfurt-nieder-erlenbach] [accessed 11 June 2022]: "Der Bürgerbrunnen aus dem Jahr 1994 entstand aus einem alten Taufstein". [cf. ImagesArea] [https://www.wikiwand.com/de/Frankfurt-Nieder-Erlenbach] [accessed 11 June 2022] and in SPD-Fraktion im Römer Frankfurt am Main [https://spd-im-roemer.de/wp-content/uploads/2020/08/OBR-13-Taufbecken.jpg] [accessed 11 June 2022]. The basin is tub-shaped and has a row of horse-shoe arches all around.
A communication from Pol Hermanto BSI (e-mail of 24 May 2022) added as well that a baptismal font had been donated to the church when it was re-built in 1637; the latter font is no longer accounted for either.
