A communication from Pol Herman to BSI (e-mail of 24 May 2022): "A baptismal font in the church bears the year 1657 and, among other things, the name "Kreke". It can be assumed that the altar people Rudolf Kreke and Jost Kreke from Krekenhof (in Schierholz) are the donors of the baptismal font."
