A font here is noted in Kees de Wildt's Doopvont de Beeldenstorm (2018: 114-120) as one of a number of baptismal fonts of the Westerkwartier (then part of Fl;anders, later in France) having been desecrated, damaged or destroyed during the Iconoclastic Fury of 1566. [NB: we have no further information on the destroyed(?) font]. The present font in this church is listed in Palissy [ref.: PM62005968] [https://www.pop.culture.gouv.fr/notice/palissy/PM62005968] [accessed 8 May 2022] as a baptismal font of the 19th century: "Cuve en marbre noir, éléments décoratifs (guirlandes de feuillages et rubans) en marbre blanc et couvercle en bois peint orné de motifs néo-gothiques [...] Marbre (noir, blanc) : taillé ; bois : taillé, peint [...] 1er quart 19e siècle [...] H = 130 [...] Emplacement de l’œuvre dans l’édifice: Nef, deuxième chapelle latérale nord."
