Font Notes:
Baptismal font noted and illustrated in Mackeprang (1941, 2003) in his chapter on imported fonts from Belgium and northwest Germany, this one specifically of the typical Namur-type design. Noted and illustrated in Danmarks kirker [http://danmarkskirker.natmus.dk/uploads/tx_tcchurchsearch/Ringkobing_0881-0930.pdf] [accesed 8 April 2022]. A 1937 photograph shows the font in the northeast corner of the nave, but it was later moved towards the centre of the chancel. [cf. BSI entry for Flynder No. 2 for the fragments of the earlier font of this church]
