The entry for this village in Emiliano Nebreda Perdiguero [www.archiburgos.es/wp-content/uploads/amo-a-mi-pueblo.pdf] [accessed 4 April 2022] notes a plain font in it: "Su iglesia, dedicada a Santa María la Mayor [...] muy retocada en los siglos XIV y XVIII [...] la pila de bautismo es sencilla".
