We haved located information about two fonts here. The baptismal font in use in the present mid-19th century church is of the post-Reformation type, consisting of a small octagonal basin on a baluster-shaped pedestal base on a wider octagonal lower base or plinth; it is of the type usually dated in the 17th or even early-18th century. The Västerås stift Kulturhistorisk karakterisering entry for Näsby kyrka [http://docplayer.se/47134307-Nasby-kyrka-nasby-prastgard-2-1-nasby-forsamling-lindesbergs-kommun-orebro-lan.html] [accessed 3 April 2022] mentions the new font being moved to the suth side of the chancel [="Ny dopfunt med ett nytt podium placerades i södra delen av koret"], but it is not clear what the term new font [="ny dopfunt"] refers to, nor foes the entry mention the earlier font at all. The only reference to an earlier font here we have been able to locate is an undated B&W photograph by Bertil Waldén, in the Kulturmiljöbild, Riksantikvarieämbetet [cf. ImagesArea]; Waldén, art historian and antiquarian photographed many churches and their contents in the 1930s in Örebro county, so it is likely that the old(?) font was in the churchyard at the time.
