The entry for this church in Inventaris / Vlaanderen is erfgoed [https://id.erfgoed.net/erfgoedobjecten/80625] [accessed 24 March 2022] reports two fonts in this church: the font in use is a lofty metal one of late-18th century date, but there is also an older stone basin from the 12th century [+"Doopvont in rood en geel koper (eind 18de eeuw, Lodewijk XVI-stijl), met drie rustende leeuwtjes onder de ronde voet, balustervormige stam met knoop in vaasvorm, voorstelling van Sint-Jan-de-Doper op het deksel, rond bol van deksel slang van het Paradijs met de appel van goed en kwaad; op de vier hoeken met maskers versierd, hardstenen bekken van een oudere doopvont uit de 12de eeuw."]. This may be the same stoup listed and illustrated In BALaT KIK-IRPA [http://balat.kikirpa.be/object/77124] [accessed 17 July 2022], made of stone between 1101 and 1300.
