A communication from Pol Herman to BSI (e-mail of 20 March 2022) includes a reference to Venster, kwartaalblad van de Stichting Oude Gelderse Kerken, Jaargang 3, mei 2005, pages 6-11. Kapellen in Gelderse kastelen, door dr. Johan Carel Bierens de Haan. Pol Herman further notes: "A preserved photo shows a bluestone baptismal font that was lost in the destruction. It is not known how long this piece had been present at Nederhemert, or if it had anything to do with the fifteenth-century chapel." [NB: we have had no access to the photograph mention above]
