Font Notes:
The entry for this church in Belgiumview [http://belgiumview.com/belgiumview/tl3/view0000178.php4] [accessed 13 March 2022] reports a Romanesque baptismal font in it. The font, made of blue-grey limestone, consists of an octagonal basin decorated with four heads set at 90-degree angles; two of them have an exotic appearance and wear unusual head gear; the other two have a more local appearance and wear less exotic head gear; the pedestal base is round and has a roll moulding on it; the lower base is round-to-square and has a double roll moulding atop, with faint floral or foliage patterns in the corners. [NB: the font is not Romanesque but late-Gothic, as confirmed by Pol Herman (e-mail of 13 March 2022)]. No cover on it but there is one metal anchoring staple from an earlier cover.
