The entry for Reepsholt in the Evangelische-Lutherische Kirchenkreis Harlingerland [https://www.kirchenkreis-harlingerland.de/gemeinden/reepsholt] [accessed 21 February 2022] reports a Romanesque baptismal font altered in 1650 [="Zu den ältesten Einrichtungsgegenständen gehört das romanische Taufbecken, das um 1650 seine hölzerne Verkleidung erhielt." The font is a bucket-shaped basin resting directly on the ground; a modern metal baptismal dish on legs is used atop. No cover present.
