A footnote in Van Rappard, in ‘B I. Visitatie van Eemnes Binnendijks. 11, 12 Maart 1568, p. 407 [https://www.tussenvechteneem.nl/wp-content/uploads/2018/12/TVE-2017-3.pdf] [accessed 15 February 2022] notes that in a church visitation Brechtoldus Rodolphi, the then parish priest of Laren, said 'that the baptismal font was in the parish church [on the hill] and the Blessed Sacramant was kept in the chapel [in the village]'. The visitor noted in his report at Laren: 'Dixit fontem batismalem in parochiali ecclessie esse; sacramenta vero in capella conservari'. The source states that the font stood in the old parish church of St. Vitus that would be demolished less than two decades later.
