An article in the Enkhuizer Courant. Algemeen Nieuws- en Advertentieblad voor Hollands Noorderkwartier, 1903-06-24; p. 2 reports the presence of a pre-Reformation baptismal font of blue limestone in the newly consecrated Roman-Catholic Sint-Martinuskerk of Medemblik. Neither of the present fonts in the church [cd. ImagesArea] seems to match the one reported above.
