Font Notes:
Late-15th centry baptismal font somewhat similar to those at Ginderich and Dornick; it is decorated with four Biblical scenes: Creation of Eve, Circumcision of Christ, his Baptism and Crucifixion described and illustrated in Werner Stalder RP.Online [https://rp-online.de/nrw/staedte/kleve/das-taufbecken-aus-st-peter-huisberden-stammt-aus-dem-15-jahrhundert_aid-47016201] [accessed 31 January 2022]: "Zur Ausstattung der Kirche St. Peter in Huisberden, einer Filialkirche der Pfarrgemeinde Heiliger Johannes der Täufer in Bedburg-Hau, gehört ein achteckiger Taufstein aus Sandstein vom Ende des 15. Jahrhunderts.
