The entry for this village in the in the Enciclopedia del románico [www.romanicodigital.com] reports a Romanesque church ["fábrica románica"], probably of late-12th century with later major modifications both inside and out; the font, monolithic square devoid of decoration, is located in a storage room off the porch ["un espacio moderno que hoy cumple las funciones de trastero, en donde existe una pila bautismal cuadrada de una sola pieza y sin ningún tipo de decoración." No cover present but there is one metal staple still visible in the upper rim, and other evidence of metal plugs in it.
