Blomqvist (1929) mentions the font at Hagby in Kalmar county as being of the "musselcuppornas typ" in his chapter on imported fonts. Noted and illustrated in Reutersvard (1967). Inventoried and illustrated in Borg (2002) as a baptismal font made of Gotland limestone in the late-14th century. Noted and illustrated in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 910710F1] as a baptismal font made of limestone in the late-14th century, a regional imitation of Gotland's 'musselcuppstyp' fonts. No cover present.
