Described and illustrated in Tynell (1913-1920) as a baptismal font of the Munkarpsgruppen. Noted and illustrated in Rydbeck (1936) in her section on the palmettgruppen fonts [NB: entry for Norra Rörum missing in MR's index at the end of the book]. Noted and illustrated in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 900623F1] as a 'palmettgruppen' baptismal font made of sandstone ca. 1200. The baptismal dish in use was made of brass in the 16th century. No cover present but above the font hags a canopy of painted wood, similar in design to the pulpit, and probably from the same workshop and time.
