The entry for this village in Emiliano Nebreda Perdiguero [www.archiburgos.es/wp-content/uploads/amo-a-mi-pueblo.pdf] [accessed 11 May 2021] mentions the church but not the font in it. There is no mention of this font in the entry for this village in the Enciclopedia del románico [www.romanicodigital.com] [accessed 11 May 2021]. The font consists of a rouughly hemispherical basin decorated with a single scotia all around, raised on a cylindrical pedestal base with a round moulding at each end, and a short square plinth. Although the original church is said to be 13th-century, the font is of a late-medieval design, not a fine specimen. The flat and round wooden cover is plain and modern.
