Noted in Roosval (1917) and in Cornell (1918). Reported in Sigurd Rahmqvist's Det medeltida Sverige, Band 11 Gästrikland: 108 (Stockholm: Riksantikvarieämbetet, 1998) as a 12th-century baptismal font made of Gävle sandstone moved to the SHM [="en dopfunt av gävlesandsten från1200-talet (nu i SHM)"]. Noted and illustrated in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 900525F1] as a composite baptismal font consisting of a damaged basin of a Gotland 'ciboriefunt' decorated with eight arches, raised on a base probably made of local Gävle sandstone [="cuppan, som har åtta bågfält, kommer från en gotländsk ciboriefunt; foten är sannolikt ett lokalt arbete - i Gävlesandsten ? - efter gotländska prototyper"]; the font is reported in the SHM and an inventory number is given. A replica copy of the medieval font is now in use in this church.
