Font Notes:
A reference to the [a?] medieval baptismal font and a Baroque pulpit appears in TORSÅKER med YTTERLÄNNÄS och DAL.(Ångermanland.) [NB: not clear whether both objects are now in the museum of only the pulpit]. The present font in this church is reported as having been made [ca. 1773?] by Johan Edler the Elder; in the shape of a putto carrying a tray [NB: Johannes (Johan) Edler den äldre (1734-1797) en svensk skulptör [source: Svenskt biografiskt lexikon [https://sok.riksarkivet.se/Sbl/Presentation.aspx?id=16625] [accessed 5 May 2021]].
