Noted in Reutersvärd (1967). Noted and illustrated in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 900526F1] as a 'musselcuppstyp' baptismal font made of limestone in the second half of the 13th century. The font consists of a roughly hemispherical basin decorated with ribbing/arcade in the usual arrangement in these Paradise fonts, raised on a round pedestal base with a widely splaying lower base; the base has a roll moulding atop; it is not clear whether the base was originally one piece or two, as the lower base has been cemented to the stem when repaired; a photograph of the font from 1917 [cf. ImagesArea] shows the base as two pieces. No cover present.
