The present font in use in this church was made of limestone and alabaster was made in the 1650s by master Börje Eriksson of Bäck. The font consists of an octagobal basin of dark limestone [top half] and lighter alabaster or marble [underbowl], raised on an octagonal stam of limestone and a lower base of the same material as the underbowl; the two-part plinth appears modern; the sides of the basin bear a Latin inscription, in part from Old Testament texts [="Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you." Modern wooden cover, octagonal, flat and plain.
