Noted and illustrated in Hallbäck (1966) as a baptismal font made of soapstone in the late-13th century in the style of the one in the church at Starrkärr; reported as disused for a time and restored into the church in 1931. Noted and illustrated in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 920704F2] as a 'Starrkärrsgruppen' baptismal font made of soapstone in the late-13th century; the font consists of a basin of quatrefoiled shape inside and out, raised on a quatrefoiled pedestal base; the sides of the basin are decorated with plat or tree symbols and an interlaced cross; there is a thin roll moulding around the lower neck of the basin. No cover present. [NB: the font is now [ca. 2020] located in the SE corner, right of the altar, but a pre-1976 renovation photograph by C.O. Svensson shows the font in the northeast corner instead].
