Oscar M. Ruiz Pérez, in Cantabria Románica [www.cantabriaromanica.com] notes: "pila de buen tamaño troncocónica y exenta de decoración. Actualmente colocada en lado izquierdo del ábside, reposaba anteriormente en el interior de la sacristía". Stone baptismal font consisting of a nucket-shaped basin raised on a round pedestal base and a lower base of the same shape; all plain. No cover present. As indicated in the quote above, the font is now located in the chancel, against the south pillar, but was kept inside the sacristy earlier on.
