Noted and illustrated in Hallbäck (1966) as a baptismal font made of sandstone in the 13th century consisting of a cylindrical basin raised on round pedestal base. Noted and illustrated in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 920610F4] as a baptismal font made of sandstone in the 13th century by a regional workshop. There is a look of unfinished work or re-carving on this font: only two arches are semi-finished and the inside of the arches is incised and the lines painted; the same happens on the base, where sets of vertical lines are also incised. The font has an exterior darin down the side of the pedestal base; this is not a unique occurrence but nor is it commonly found on mainland-Sweden fonts. No cover present. The baptismal dish was made of copper in the 16th century in Nuremberg, Germany.
