Noted in Hallbäck (1971). Noted and illustrated in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 950830F2] as the surviving basin of a baptismal font made of sandstone ca. 1200 by a regional workshop; the present base is a modern replacement. A 1937 photograph [cf. ImagesArea] shows the font located at the northeast corner of the nave, obviously not its original position; a recent [May 2004] photograph in Riksantikvarieämbetet Bebyggelseregistret [www.bebyggelseregistret.raa.se/bbr2/byggnad/visaSelectedByggnadFoto.raa?fotoId=21500000037235] [accessed 30 December 2020] shows the font across the nave in the southeast corner.
