No entry for a font at this Ås found in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld. The 2006 report by Robin Gullbrandsson for the Jönköpings läns museum [http://www.bebyggelseregistret.raa.se/bbr2/show/bilaga/showDokument.raa;jsessionid=EFF29236B005184B8A757BC8CB02FBB4.lx-ra-bbr?dokumentId=21000001825934&thumbnail=false] [accessed 25 September 2020] informs on two baptismal fonts in this church: "I koret står även ett gustavianskt golvur och en snidad dopfunt från 1941, utförd av skulptören T Karlsson. [...] Two baptismal fonts are reported in this church also in the Kyrkokartan entry [www.kyrkokartan.se/055765/images/55765_14627824] [accessed 25 September 2020]. The older font consists of a plain medieval [13th-century?] basin [sandstone?] raised on a modern [1949?] base; as noted above, the old basin was restored and given a new base in the 1949 renovation; it was then located in the improvised baptistery chapel located in what was originally the north entranceway, now walled up. The later font, a polygonal basin on a baluster pedestal base, was made of wood by Teodor Karlsson in 1941 [cf. supra] and is located at the east end of the nave. on the north side.
