A 1913 B&W photograph by Anders Roland, in the Kulturmiljöbild, Riksantikvarieämbetet [https://commons.wikimedia.org/wiki/File:Rackeby_kyrka_-_KMB_-_16000200163899.jpg] [accessed 4 August 2020] shows fragments of a broken-up medieval font that were found buried in this church during the 1913 restorations; of the three blocks one is round to square with a draining hole in the centre, probably the base; the other two blocks appear to be the two halves of a round tapering basin, also with centre drain hole; a thick roll moulding atop the base and leaf ornamentation at the corners of the base block can still be discerned on it. Theese fragments are illustrated and documented also in the entry for this church by Ernst Fischer in Sveriges kyrkor, Västergötland, Band 1 (1922, p. 146,-147, fig. 158) [http://www.diva-portal.se/smash/get/diva2:1244004/FULLTEXT01.pdf] [accessed 4 August 2020]. [NB: we have no information on the present [August 2020] whereabouts of these fragments]. The present wooden font in use in this church was made by Gustaf Berg in the 1920s; noted and illustrated by Barbro Thörn [www.kyrkokartan.se/057590/images/57590_1078971] [accessed 4 August 2020] [="Dopfunt från 1920-talet skulpterad av Gustaf Berg, församlingens skolkantor och klockare"].
