![[NB: the photograph shows two fonts: 1) the medieval font from the old church at Skarstad and 2) the basin from nearby Hällum. It is confusing because the basin from Hällum appears in the photograph standing on what appears to be a round base, but that 'base' is actually the fragment of the underbowl of the Skarstad font, while its base is the round moulded object in front of it; the old basin from Hällum was returned to the site of the demolished Hällums gamla kyrka [cf. BSI entry for Hällum] where it now stands in the open air]. [cf. FontNotes].](/static-50478a99ec6f36a15d6234548c59f63da52304e5/compressed/0200803026_compressed.png)
