There is a 1924 B&W photograph of the old font in the context of the church interior by Roland Anders in the VGM Foto collection, Västergötlands museum [https://digitaltmuseum.se/021017208425/1m16-b145110-506] [accessed 31 July 2020]; it shows a stone font consisting of two blocks: a roughly cylindrical basin with a rounded underbowl, raised on a circular slightly conical pedestal base; the only apparend decoration is a series of parallel grooves on the underbowl and base. No font cover present.
