Noted in Hallbäck (1971). Noted and illustrated in the SHM Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 920627F4] as a baptismal font made of sandstone ca. 1200 by a regional hand; the inner well of the basin has some red paint(?) remains. The square, slightly-tapering basin is decorated with varied two-strand interlace patterns on three of the sides, the fourth with a large floral and foliage motif; all four sides have flat mouldings with curled edges framing the centre patterns; the underbowl and the upper basin are like mirror images of each other: scalloped sides and knobbed corners; the lower sides of the base are decorated with a running two-strand braid all around; the basin well is round. No font cover present [cf. BSI Flistad No. 2 for the 1693 wooden font reported in this church]
