Church Notes: medieval [Gothic?] church, much remodelled in the 18thC
Baptismal font consisting of a roughly hemispherical basin decorated with deeply-carved and very broad convex ribs all around its exterior, with inserts between the upper tips of the ribbs that gives it the appearance of an artichoke; the sides of the inner well are carved with concave ribs all around; the stem of the base is sgort and plian; the lower nasi is circular and moulded. There is no cover present but the upper rim of the basin retains two metal staples at opposite ends from an earlier cover.
