Noted and illustrated in by Arantza Cuesta Ezeiza, in Gure Gipuzkoa [www.guregipuzkoa.eus/es?lang=es&paged=1&s=pila+bautismal#gallery/759716a5c1b6f245765792f1e7d1bae1/147587/comments] [accessed 9 June 2020] as a baptismal font made of sandstone in the 12th-13th century in the Gothic style; it consists of three blocks: roughly hemispherical basin, cylindrical pedestal base and round-to-square lower base decorated with ball motif; it appears related to the font in the Apozaga churchyard and the one at Escoriaza; it is located in the presbitery [i.e., chancel] [=" Pila bautismal realizada en piedra de cantería arenisca. Although there is no font cover present now the upper rim of the basin retains a metal staple from an earlier cover anchorage.
