[for details of this font, originally from Bolum, cf. BSI entry for Fullösa No. 1] A church in Bolum, near Fullösa, is noted in part 1 (Westergöthland) of the fourth volume (Landskaperna Westergöthland, Wermland, Dal och Bohus Län) of Erik Tuneld's Geografi (Stockholm, 1833), Westergöthland, p. 472, where until the mid-17th century a church existed near Fullösa [aka Fullelösa] in a place called Birhem, Bolum or Birom, on a site later known as Ödekyrke [aka Ödekyrkan]. The medieval parish of Bolum merged with Fullösa's in 1545. The church is believed to have been abandoned some time in the 17th century but was later demolished. The church and font of Bolum are noted, with illustration of the font in Emil Hildebrand's Antiqvarisk Tidskrift för Sverige (Stockholm, 1870-1873), 3rd vol., 1st half, p. 138
