A photograph in Juan Antonio Marco Marinez' La Iglesia de Cubillejo de la Sierra: Arte y Religiosidad' [pp. 75-88 in the book Cubillejo de la Sierra: historia, arte y sociedad (Guadalajara: Aache, 2002) shows a modern [18thC?] font in the centre of the nave of the present church, but refers to an original Romanesque church [="sin duda de origen romanico"] and an ancient baptismal font located beneath the west gallery [="La pila bautisimal, hoy colocada debajo del coro, es sin dudad muy anterior, posiblemente de origen romanico"].
