Noted and illustrated [drawing after P.A. Säve] in Antiqvarisk tidskrift för Sverige (andra delen, 1869: fig.17), and in Hans Hildebrand thereafter. Described and illustrated by Hannah Rydh in Roosval (1917) as a baptismal font of sandstone with date ca. 1200, acquired by the SHM in 1872, where it still is [a replica copy of the font is now at the parish church]. Noted in Hallbäck (1971). Noted and illustrated in the SHM’s database Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 920516F2] a regional work made of sandstone in the late-12th century. Noted and illustrated [photo of the copy in the church] by Lars Berggren (2006) in 'I hopp om det eviga livet. Dopfunten som performativt objekt.' [109884-Artikeltekst-225015-1-10-20181017.pdf] [accessed 8 May 2020]. [NB: the original font is in the SHM but a replica copy was made for the parish church and is used there regularly].
