Noted in Hugo Ulander's S:t Laurentii och S:t Drottens kyrkor (1922) and in Reutersvärd (1967). Noted and illustrated in the SHM’s database Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 920727F1] as a "sen gotländsk paradistyp" baptismal font made of limestone in the 14th century. Noted and illustrated in Ullén & Ljungstedt (2003) as the basin of a font made probably of Gotland limestone, but painted to imitate granit; the inner well is reported as having been filled with sand to support a metal baptismal dish of 1658 on top, so it is not apparent whether there is a drain hole in the basin well; the pedestal base of "kolmårdsmarmor" was added in 1975.
