Noted in Reutersvärd (1967). Noted and illustrated in the SHM’s database Medeltidens bildvärld [ref.: 950516F6] as a 'musselcuppstyp' made of limestone in the late-13th century, and deposited at the Statens historiska museum of Stocholm. Noted and illustrated in Ullén & Ljungstedt (2003) as a baptismal font made of Gotland limestone that was sold in 1785; had been for a time disused in a garden in Gisselö; discovered in 1946, it was purchased in 1947 by the SHM from the Huvudstyrelsen för Föreningen Värnlösa barn, in Norrköping, and catalogued by Bengt Thordeman. The present font in use in this church was made by E. Duraee in 1700 and is decorated with floral and fruit motifs.
