Font Notes:
Noted in Ullén & Ljungstedt (2003) as font made in 1661 to replace the medieval one. The font consists of a small octagonal basin of stone with tapering sides decorated with animals, and one bearing the date 1661 and the initials MH; the pedestal base is a square baluster; the square plinth appears modern. No cover present. In 2012 the font is shown in the nave, on the north side, not far from the west gallery, but it is obviously moved about the isnide of the church as it appears in other locations at other dates. [NB: we have no information on whether this font is still used for baptisms since the restoration of the medieval font in this church].
