Kelly's Directory of South Wales for 1895 notes: "The church of St. Michael, rebuilt in 1881-2". The entry for this church in COFLEIN [https://coflein.gov.uk/en/site/100862/details/st-michaels-church-rhostie] [accessed 21 January 2020] notes: "According to local tradition, the church was once the property of the Commandery of Slebech (Knights Hospitaller) from the mid-thirteenth century. The church was, reportedly, ruinous by 1811. It was rebuilt in 1816. The present church was constructed in 1881-1882 [...] it is also now ruinous. [...] The building is roofless, but its walls stand to full height"; no font mentioned among the ruins. The ruins of this church are recorded in Paul White [https://www.welshruins.co.uk/llanfihangel-rhostie-lledrod-ceredigion-2011] and [https://www.welshruins.co.uk/photo9083194.html] [accessed 21 January 2020]: "LLANFIHANGEL RHOSTIE, Lledrod, Ceredigion 2011.
