Font Notes:
The entry for this church in Meyrick (1808) mentions no font in it. Evans (1914) notes: "nothing is known of the ancient Font; its modern substitute stands on a wooden base". The present stone font in this church is illustrated in the parish site [www.aberaeronparish.org.uk/Trefeglwys.html] [accessed 7 January 2020]: it is modern, a plain octagonal basin raised of a round moulded pedestal base, a round lower base and a small square plinth. It has a wooden cover, also modern.
