One of two granite baptismal fonts located in this church, both noted and illustrated in Alberto García Roldán's Galicia Pueblo a Pueblo [https://galiciapuebloapueblo.blogspot.com/2019/08/santa-baia-de-tines-vimianzo.html] [accessed 30 December 2019]; the newer of the two consists of a hemispherical basin decorated with a roll moulding below the upper rim, and a large Latin cross on a background of concabe ribbing; round pedestal base of bulbous shape with diagonal ribbing pattern; tiny square lower base or plinth. No cover present nor does the basin show any signs of anchorings for one.
