The present church, re-built in 1970 after WWII, has been used as a Greek Orthodox temple since 1990, with the parish function moved to the nearby Pfarrkirche Neu St. Heribert, built in the 19th century. [cf. BSI entry for Köln-Deutz No. 2 for the new church that replaced the parish church of Deutz]
