Font Notes:
Baptismal font consisting of an octagonal based with a runing inscription on the side [cf. InscriptionArea], below which are four human heads alternating with four floral or foliage motifs; the octagonal pedestal base is decorated with multiple mouldings. No cover present. Font made by Ulrich Wendt is said to have been a gift of Hedwig Maria von Oberg [NB: we have no information on the font of the medieval church here].
