Baptismal font dated 1581 by an inscription on a basin side; the font consists of an octagonal basin with a sharp protruding moulding at the upper rim, carings of avery other side of the basin; the pedestal is also octagonal with recessed panels; the lower base is square and bears an inscription; there are initials also at the bottom of the stem panels(s); a semi-buried plinth appears to have further lettering. Tall painted wooden cover consists of a lower dome decorated with scroll arrises and bearing inscriptions around the lower end and on the sides; rustic Baptism of Christ scene in columnar templete-like structure abore, and second dome with inscription on the sides and open-work at the top; pulley system to raise and lower the cover.
