Baptismal font consisting of a hexagonal basin raised on a pedestal base part of which is a seated angel; although the font appears to be of sandstone, the panels on the hexagonal basin are actually alabaster; four of these panels have the Four Evangelists and their symbols; there is a demi-angel raised on a garlanded platform on each corner of the basin; below it is a large fruit, perhaps a bunch of grapes; the sides of the underbowl have cherubs on them. Parts of the outer surface have gilded highlights, as do the wings of the supporting angel.
