The entry for this parish in William White's History, Gazetteer and Directory of Lincolnshire, and the City and Diocese of Lincoln [...] (Sheffield, 1872, p. 173) reports "an ancient holy water stoup" in the porch of the church. The entry for this church in Kelly's directory of Linconlshire for 1896 reports a stoup in the south porch, without details, and does not mention the font. The entry for this church in Historic England [Listing NGR: TF3634766577] notes: "Parish church. C14, C15, restored by James Fowler 1875 and tower rebuilt 1894 by C. Hodgson Fowler. [...] Holy water stoup on clustered shaft with shield and fleuron decoration to the bowl. [...] C14 octagonal font with ogee panels to the bowl."
